Eagles Nest Panama is an eco-friendly community, nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of the Azuero peninsula in the country of Panama. We are located halfway between the charming village of Pedasi and the international surfing beach, Playa Venado.
The total Eagles Nest Panama community is 84 acres (34 hectares). We have two streams within Eagles Nest Panama which run year round – even in the dry season! The owners of Eagles Nest Panama have done a governmentally registered re-forestation project on the entire 84 acres. Of the 6,000 native hardwood and fruit trees planted, 3,000 are concentrated on the first third of our community, which is all ready for your new home !
All of the lots at Eagles Nest Panama are fully titled. We have no debt encumbrances on any of our land at Eagles Nest Panama. The lots are about 1 acre and can be broken into smaller lots if necessary. Every lot has a view of the Pacific Ocean and the Frailles Islands. You can see and hear the surf at Eagles Nest Panama.
